Oh, and just for fun - I did a silly crossover fanart with Loki and Reaver (from Fable 3). They seem to fit right together what, with the dark hair, the brooding, the self-entitlement issues and the HUGE EGO.

A recent commission for someone - Loki from the movie Thor. I had a lot of fun creating him; it was a challenge to take a movie character and turn him into a plush form. Anyone who is interested in a commission go look at the Etsy page or email me. I've decided to do either Doctor Who, Sherlock or Mal Reynolds (OR Doctor Horrible!) next. So many, way too little time.

Possibly the world's smallest paper octopus; he's about the size of a quarter. I cut him out with a reaaally tiny razor blade. The frame is about...hmmmm, three inches across? I have been inspired to do a whole steampunk paper cut-out show. Lots of ideas : )

oh and: I notice that when I log onto a different computer the site photos are really, really dark. is it like that for other people? because on this computer (the one i photoshop with) it looks just fine. soooo... anybody have a hard time seeing the photos? jeez, if so I apologize - I'll be more careful in the future.

I had another opportunity to do one more book arts work shop the other week and I seem to have a theme going on. Boxes within boxes with, you guessed it, a Steampunk theme. Made from lots of different materials like book board, decorative papers and images from the Steampunk Sourcebook. Each little box is removable and has its own image.
