Inspiration from the classroom. How the hell Mucha ever drew ladies in the art nouveau style is beyond me; this was rather difficult to draw and it isn't even that good... but i think i'd like to keep attempting to draw in this style. it really is fascinating; there's so much difficult detail.

Wow, Katie Rice is linking to you, dude!
I think Mucha was great. You did nicely, specially with the composition and the ornaments. How did you get those firm mechanical lines? I'm totally ignorant about this stuff, if it was my attempt every line would be wobbly and ugly.

Katie Rice is one of my good friends from high school, dude! Hmm, a steady hand and concentration is a good thing but when you ink in something remember thick and thin lines (something my art teachers told me)

i totally love this one guys style, aidan hughes is this cool kinda of pop art, propoganda style, ut i didnt know that till i asked christine, anyways that sent me off on a propoganda, pop art search, and this one chick on deviantart had a awesome style, and she listed her influences, and mucha was one of them, and i looked him up, and saw his art, which reminded me of this post, which made me come here to leave this comment, telling you what an awesome picture it is.
